It could be a fox or a cat. We had a cat several years ago which used to bring back body parts; legs usuallyshock.

I went outside this morning and found what looked like a rabbit’s head lying in the back path. Yuck! Later when I went out it was on the lawn and then disappeared, presumably eaten by one of the many carrion crows around here. But what ripped it’s head off in the first place? Could it be a fox?
