timetogo2016 he doesn’t live in the U.K. but I know my son and his partner have scrutinised the team treating him who liaised with GOS in London they gave advise on his surgery I understand and it was deemed risky to fly him to the U.K. because of increased pressure on his brain. So far things look good.
Thanks everyone for the lovely posts about our Louis I’ve realised that picture is 2 yrs old so he’s changed a bit. We got a lovely ‘thumbs up’ picture of him in bed last night which cheered everyone up on our family group. Histology results will take time so it’s a wait and see situation.

We have the best surgeons in the world tanith,so he will be looked after by the best.
Wesend love to the family especialy the little one.
Prayers will be made too.

Hi tanith, I am glad the operation is over and Louis is improving my daughter had a spinal operation and was very confused for 4/5 days, we were told that anything that involves disrupting the central nervous system does and can cause hallucinations, I think it triggers temporary hormone reactions too but I am a bit hazy on the specifics. My daughter was convinced someone in the bed opposite was someone she knew and I remember being really frightened about it - but she was fine onwards and upwards xx
