Any accountants/wages clerks?

I have a friend who works Mon to Fri. She now wants to do the sums so that she can work just three days a week.
Annual gross divided by 52 for weekly figure then divide by 5 for daily?

It’s not 52. I can’t remember exactly but something like 52.145. Google it! ?
