Anyone use Hello Fresh?

My d.I.l. has Hellofresh 3 times in the week. She hasn’t had a problem, as far as I know. I’ve had a taste occasionally and I find there are some delicious recipes .
The delivery vans are fridges on the move. So I don’t think there’s anything to worry about. I keep food in my fridge for more than 2 days, without any problem

Yes, I do. Never had a problem . Most times the delivery is made well inside the slot given.

It isnt a refrigerator van that is delivering, just a normal Yodel courier! Still waiting! 27 drops still to go!

The foods are packed with dry ice and always arrive wonderfully fresh the recipes that I have had have always been very good the only reason I stopped using them was they don't do just single portions I was sharing with my DD so decided to stop ordering I so wish they did boxes for single people.

Our box has food that requires refrigeration packed into an insulating blanket with ice packs, so it mostly keeps fresh, within the box. Sometimes the salad items can be a bit squashed or the recipe cards a bit damp( as the ice packs sometimes leak) , but even in warm weather our box arrives fine.

Thanks all, my delivery arrived around 9pm and everything looks fine and was cold/chilled. Looking forward to being a bit more adventurous with my cooking (I am a pierce and ping sort of cook).

My daughter got deliveries when she was working from home. She liked trying the different recipes and she and the gc enjoyed them. Hasn't got time now she's back òat work.

I did , during a particularly busy time and we absolutely loved it, delicious and no waste as only what you need is supplied.

I've been told by Hello Fresh that they are starting to do meals for one. I also commented that the meals lacked vegetables, and was, in my opinion carbohydrate heavy. May go back when they have another special offer and see if the single meals are worth it.

I recently signed up for Hello Fresh and gousto as I had discount codes. Though Hello Fresh was okay, I much prefer Gousto, Nicer recipe cards, and everything explained better.

It was great to finally get my 20 yr old cooking as the recipes are very easy to follow.

My son and dil have them and really like them. Have never had any problems.
I would like to try them but dh refuses to try them. He thinks they are a waste of money. I keep trying to explain there would be less waste.

Not heard of this, head buried in the sand I think! I thought it was about moist. toilet paper.

I originally bought this brand to try and inspire my learning disabled AS and get him involved in meal preparation. It did at first! Now he is more interested in choosing the recipes than assisting in preparation. I enjoy using unfamiliar ingredients or trying vegetarian menus, and the box delivery kept us going during lock down when I ( advised to shield) was not supposed to risk shopping. I also find the box a bit light on green vegetables at present- I assume this is part shortages and part due to green vegetables not travelling too well.
