Can anyone help,I have a kindle fire but for some reason I can't send an email ,I have got address right I have never had a problem before ,any ideas gratefully received .

Let's start with the basics- what error message do you get?
What steps do you follow to send an email?

Is it connected to wifi or internet?

Didn't get a message blue arrow to press on to send not lit up internet connected .
