Anyone had a problem using the Government online service?

I have given them feedback on their online system, but I have to wait 2 days for a reply!

Yesterday I tried to submit my LFT result, but it would not let me sign in and I had to put all my info in again. I think it may be a related IT issue.

No, the usual procedure is to sign I with your Gateway ID and password. A code is then sent to your mobile, landline or email depending on your preference and once you receive and enter this it verifies your identity. There could be something wrong at their end if this process is failing.

Help! I have spent the last 2 hours trying to change my address online, as required by law. Twice it has come up “Cannot confirm identity” Anyone know why? Is it a gremlin in their system or is there something I’m not doing?
