Sadly, my trusty Remington Compact hairdryer has blown up this morning, and it looks as though that model is no longer available. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a small, lightweight, 2000W hairdryer for someone with weak wrists?

Aldi has one, bigger than a travel but smaller than the usual size. Works well. £7 suits me.

Could you do without a hairdryer? Better for your hair. On the other hand if you have long, flowing locks........grin

My daughter 'borrowed' mine, long ago - so I do without (or sit by the fan heater) and my hair is in much better shape these days.

I have a little light Babyliss dryer.

My Babyliss is a heavy one ( but brilliant) but they do much lighter ones, it’s the only make of hairdryer or hot air styler that I would use.

I use a Boots travel one all the time. Used it for at least 5 years now. I found a full size one too heavy.
