Just asking for some advice really..........I was discriminated against recently in the most horrible way. Has anyone had any experience of how to report this and get the matter investigated? it does not appear to be a criminal issue, more a need for civil action.
Any advice would be welcome.

That’s so awful for you PollyDolly. You must take the matter further. Start by contacting a Disability Support Group. Good luck. flowers

It’s difficult to say without knowing more details. You should be able to find the answer on the CAB website attached.

What do you want the outcome to be? If it is to highlight the issue use social media to name and shame, if it is an apology you need to tackle the individual or the company.

As you say it is not a criminal issue what are you hoping for in a civil case?

Some good advice from other posters. Just wanted to say I'm sorry you went through this and you are right to report it.
