I've gt some bavette steaks for tea with green beans and peppercorn sauce. For those of you who like steak, they are a really reasonable cut and still tender

I am on 800 calories a day at the moment, so lunch is a bunch of small asparagus with a knob of butter, and dinner is glazed ham joint with cauliflower mash and a selection of other veg.

I don't know about lunch, but dinner will be the second half of a stew that I made yesterday. Easy! smile

Enjoy those champagne truffles Riverwalk.
I’m on my own for lunch so will do a jacket spud and use up some cottage cheese. For dinner I’m getting some mince to do mince and mash because DH is having an endoscopy but one where he’s asleep as it’s a bigger camera so they’ve advised his throat will be sore so he needs something soft. He loves that meal anyway.

I've just started a new regime of eating. I want to reduce carbs, so today I will have cuppa soup and 2 crackers for lunch.
For dinner I will have a chicken breast with 3 different vegetables.
I plan to have chicken or fish with just veg every day, - until I get fed up and have sausage and chips grin.

I was going out for lunch with a friend but she's tested positive!

My fridge is a bit bare so I'll have to raid the cupboard and freezer, and having the last two champagne truffles from Mother's Day smile
