I am not a fan of long straight hair never having it myself. Mine being naturally curly all my life and never really wore it long.
I think she suits shorter hairstyles and carries her age very well usually.

Don't like the hair and makeup but I doubt she cares what I think. I've never really been much of a fan, other than when she payed DI Tennison years ago.

If she looks witchy, I expect that how she planned to look.

What's wrong with looking old? She is old.

And, for all I know, a bit witchy with it, not to mention the sassiness of choosing to look witchy ?

What do you think to Helen Mirren’s hair and make-up sported this week at the Cannes Film Festival? I normally think that HM is beautifully groomed and doesn’t look her age, yet has that edgy styling which helps her look younger and sassier. I think she went overboard at the recent film festival though. It makes her look older and rather - dare I say it - witchy. Nil points from me!
