I normally have no interest in football but have been living this. Wishing them lots of luck for Sunday.

As an aside, am I the only person to think white shorts might not be the best choice for a women's team?

I’ve been invited to watch it with DD and friends so I’ll bag myself a corner with a large cushion I can howl behind if things get too nail biting.

Wasn’t the film if the 10 year old girl dancing and singing to Sweet Caroline, then the interview with her sublime. She’s now bern given a ticket fir herself and an adult to go to Wembley and meet the pundits. And - aren’t the pundits fabulous - loving it

Wonderful, fast-moving soccer with both teams getting lots of shots at the goal. If anyone ever tells me that women's soccer is boring and slow I'll insist they watch this and then eat their words.

What a wonderful boost for girls’’/women’s football, indeed for girls in any sport. Did you see that little girl by the side of the pitch while Sarina was attempting her interview? She (the little girl) was simply jumping for joy.
