I read for an hour or longer in bed each night and love it. That is not new, something I have done all of my life.

I keep telling myself I need more exercise but recently it has been too hot- that has been my excuse.

Newquay I was disappointed with myself for not reading as much as I used to and then I saw an article by Dr Moseley giving advice on small things we can do to improve our health. One of them was to read 30 minutes every day. I started off with 15 mins a day and I find myself reading more and more.

I also go for a 20/25 minute walk about 5 days a week.

Don’t beat yourself up, just try the above. Best of luck.

I used to read at least a book a week, and thought that I would read more if only I had more time. Then lockdown came, and I had all the time in the world, but couldn't seem to concentrate to read, and I haven't really got my mojo back, even after all this time.

Losing interest in things you enjoy can be a sign of depression, or maybe you have lost your motivation. I think that’s happened to many people over the last few horrible years.

I used to do a lot of aerobics, keep fit and walking. I delude myself that I still exercise but, in reality in comparison, I do very little.
I’ve always enjoyed reading but, for some time, I don’t read much at all.
Is it just me I wonder?
