Recovering from Covid

Those of you who have had Covid without other medical conditions, how long did it take before you stopped having to clear your chest, feel sweetie and tired after a short walk?

I caught covid in mid March. It was more like a bad cold with a bit of an irritating cough and by day 5 I was fine, apart from the cough. It lasted about 6 weeks.
What I did get about 3 weeks after first testing positive was dreadful joint pain which I treated by taking painkillers. The joint pain lasted for a couple of months and gradually eased off.
I've been told that the virus remains active in your body for up to 90 days after the start of the infection.
