whitewave, we had our health check this week and the nurse said our waists are too big
she suggested fruit for breakfast and 3 totally carb free days a week, switching beer/wine to white spirits (yeah I know) and going for a 35 minute brisk walk a day and she reckons our waistlines will lessen...
