Boots card

I have a 5 year old Samsung mobile.. not a smartphone.
I have always had the Boots app on it and apart from being I N C R E D I B L Y slow... it has been okay.
Opened it yesterday to be informed that my device was not suitable for this app!!
Granted I dont use it often, but what just happened?
I looked in the app store and cant find "Boots".. apart from a couple with Thailand in their title... not being offered any updates anywhere.
Any advice anybody please?

I typed Boots the chemist in the app store, it’s there.

I had to get a new (2nd hand from giffgaff) phone as the operating system wouldn’t update as it was now too old. Gransnet app for example needed a newer version. All good now though.

Good luck with the Boots web site. I have found it impenetrable. A couple of years ago, I somehow lost my Advantage card. I have tried, time and again, to get a replacement but just when I seem to be getting some success, I find myself back to a page I have already visited. How can I give them my card number when I've lost it? I try to re-register but they tell me that they already have my details... and so on, again and again.

I think the updated apps are probably not compatible with your phone Fleur20, often the older apps are superseded.
