I felt similar although only for about a week. It turned out I had a pretty severe kidney infection so I’d say speak to a Dr.

Anyone else suddenly feeling exhausted. I have zero energy., slight aches and occasional chills.
Assumed it was a virus but on week 3 now.
Only managed 1 yoga class so far thus week and haven't cleaned for 3 weeks!!
