The I newspaper has a word-wheel. I don't buy a paper very often, but enjoy the challenge when I do.

*Bellanonna*, thank you. I always do those type of word games in hospital waiting rooms.

I hope you are well!

Thanks Marydoll. Not too bad.
I always play those games in waiting rooms too!

I play the various NYT games -"Connections" definitely stumps me sometimes!
Bellamonna - thx for the tip about Blossom!

Just had a go at playing blossom.
Great! Thank you!

Thanks all, will look at the The Times as well.

There’s a similar one every day in The Times, has been for years. All words must contain the central letter, and there’s a minimum of 3 or 4 letters per word.

And a version in the Telegraph. They have a few good word puzzles.

I have the NYT one, Kakeykrunch! I love it, and their crosswords and Letterboxed.
Oooh, Bellanonna, another one to try, great!

I do one called Blossom, which sounds similar to yours. Just input Merriam-Webster Blossom and it will come up. It’s never refused any of my words because they had UK spelling, though. You can use any of the letters twice and you get a bonus 5 points for using whichever letter is outlined.

Thankyou, Thats great, Ive downloaded it.

The Daily Express use to do this word game years ago, I think they still do.

I enjoy playing this, but of course some of the words and spellings are different than UK. Just wondered if anyone plays a similar game (6 letters, around a central letter which has to appear in all words you can make from these letters). But a UK version. Thank you.
