I considered getting a booster cushion from Halfords for my latest car but only because I thought it would help me get in and out of the car more easily after hip surgery. I am five feet tall have the seat as high as it will go and don’t have any problems with all round vision. I drive a Mini. Once I was allowed to drive again I found I didn’t need a booster cushion (though it might smooth out some of the bumps! The suspension rattles your teeth at times!).
