Party time - or not ….

I looked after my sick 3 year old granddaughter a week ago and now have her bug (a cold really and a bit of a cough - she had croup and had to be rushed into hospital for steroids 🤦‍♀️) . I’m ok about it but it’s my birthday tomorrow and there are plans for an afternoon party with 2 x dd and 2 x grandkids . I’m thinking I’ll postpone it as I don’t want to pass this round. That is the right thing to do isn’t it? After all I’m 68 and although I was looking forward to it I can cope with the disappointment 😂😂😂. The trouble is I do have to pickup the other grandchild from school tonight and stay with him an hour or so …. mask up and play out ( depending on weather !) . I get far more bugs from them than they do from me but I just want to be responsible . Opinions ?
