Sadly no, once my appetite was back the weight returned. But good for you, I wish it had had that effect on me!

I had norovirus in August. I felt dreadful and lost 10 lbs over 3 weeks.
Fully recovered now, but I seem to have got used to eating less. Gone are biscuits , cakes and fewer cards.
I'm not complaining, I'm glad to jeep the weight off.
I'm just curious, gas this happened to anyone else?
