I only use my main oven to cook a family Sunday lunch when I need the extra capacity it provides, and for cakes, but I have a microwave, a slow cooker and an air fryer oven, with shelves, which cooks pretty much anything you can cook in an ordinary oven or grill. Steaks and chops don’t dry out, and it’s especially good for fish. It also makes better, lighter scones than my conventional fan oven and small cakes and puddings. It has saved me a fair amount of money I would say.
