Wool duvet advice needed

Our pillows, duvets and mattress covers are from these people.
They're not cheap but the quality is excellent.
They have sales and offer discounts quite often if you keep an eye on the website.

They have a sale on at the moment. You can get a medium weight king size for under £100 ( but only just!)
We like our wool duvet but have had it for years and can’t remember where I got it from.

My DH has Baavet and has recommended it to other people, we also have one on the guest bed and they loved it. I get very hot in my bed and rarely need anything more than a 3.5 tog or a sheet.

I’ve just had a look and it’s got a Fogarty label on it.
I also noticed it was made in China. Now I’m cross, how did I miss that?

I too recommend the wool room. I bought myself a light classic double and I love it.
It’s not “lofty”, if you know what I mean, but it’s so cozy. I don’t overheat anymore. I have a medium too that I bought for the colder nights but I’m not sure when I’m going to need it.

We were offered a free cotton or wool duvet with our new bed. I opted for cotton but it's so heavy we've never used it.

I'm sure your respiratory Consultant knows more than me, but the only types of duvet or pillow which have caused a reaction with members of my family who have asthma/lung problems have been down or down and feather.

Anyone got a wool mattress topper? I have a polyester mattress topper currently and wondered about getting a wool one?

Our old bed had a topper which was manmade fibres, it seemed very good at first but then flattened and 'dipped'. The wool one has stayed fairly in shape so far.

Mind you, we only bought the bed just over a year ago.
Now I'm wondering where the wool was sourced from 🤔

We bought ours from The Duvet Store, it was either Australian or New Zealand Wool but they do have a massive choice.
