falling in the bathroom

Hi, I recently fell in the bathroom and now I'm afraid of falling again. I live alone and I want to remain independent but I don't want my bathroom to look like a hospital bathroom. Have you ever had this happen to you, what did you do about it or what products did you buy to help you?

Just checked out that Hitslam range of showermats and thought "There's a style there that should fit in with my modern Scandinavian type taste - and it's got good reviews by some German customers" and just ordered it. Thanks...

Cariad Again, I sit on a comfortable plastic shower chair to shower and had the slide rail moved down to where I can make the water colder or hotter or switch off from my sitting position. You can get stuff for filling in the holes in the tiles alternatively Polyfiller works well enough
