I’m looking for cashmere that isn’t too expensive. Maybe in a sale somewhere?
I don’t mind bobbles either.

I love my thermals. I have warmer ones for really cold days and slightly cooler ones that are beautiful colours that I wear as long sleeve T-shirts under a cardi for when the weather is starting to warm up. Also have thermal leggings for wearing under trousers and long skirts.

Thermals are so thin you can forget you are wearing them. When we were up North earlier this year in the freezing snow I wore a V neck one over a crew neck one I was so cold 🥶 Plus thermal socks - if my feet are warm that's half the battle.

Some wool jumpers bobble. I have a bobble remover.

I buy stuff from Woolovers when it’s on sale otherwise they’re really expensive for me. It wool all the way except on a warm summers day

And shape.
And dare I say age.
I dont think I possess things that "bobble".
Could be wrong. If I do, I havent noticed.

Depends on if you like feeling 'bundled up' with thick knits. Personally I don't so I resort to layers - of wool/wool blend camisoles. A long time ago I bought a pure wool vest and it's lasted over 20 yrs. It is so thin it's like a cobweb but it is still cosy and warm. Newer ones are available on line and are not in the least 'old-lady like' Then but a shirt on top with a woollen jumper on top. You'd be so much warmer than just one layer of a chunky knit

It’s a case of trial and error surely??

Looking for suggestions please for warm everyday clothing that doesn't "bobble: and is reasonably fashionable.
