Hope it’s ok to name the company?
My premium for a tiny two bed house has gone up £108 to £502.86.
I live on my own. Average residential area.
Must say, I usually just pay up each year as I hate the online business of trying to compare various establishments.
However, this large premium made me look at the policy in more detail.
My cover includes “dependent relative, public and occupiers liability, employer’s liability ( sum assured £10,000,000), music film or electronic down loads ( never done this in my life), student cover etc etc.
I called them today and the really pleasant clerk said these were all mandatory.
Is it just me or does that seem bonkers?
I said to the clerk, it’s like getting car insurance and you charge me for towing a caravan as well.
I’m sure someone will put me straight!
Thanks in advance.
This weather is getting me down. Is it May or March?
Being asked for an honest opinion
Is it rude to not finish a book club choice that was selected by someone else?
