I am a side sleeper and I keep seeing ads for the cushions that you strap to your leg so that your body is better aligned when you’re sleeping. Has anyone used one of these and how do they work when you want to turn over or go to the loo in the night. I have visions of me getting in a tangle trying to get out of bed! I do get some hip pain when in bed and I was wondering if these were any good or a waste of money.
