DWP anxiety

I can only speak as I find. I wrote to DWP in August ‘24 and sent the same letter in April ‘25, but got no response.
In the end, I rang them. Got straight through and a lovely lady listened and explained my query in 5 minutes.
Not about WFA but the phone call was so easy to make.

As you are so stressed to ring, is there a relative or family friend who could handle the call, once you’ve gone through security?

I think Paynesgray kindly posted this on your previous post, so if a phone call is too stressful then writing as advised, keeping a copy and recorded delivery may be preferable.

If you think the payment is split wrongly then write to:

The Pension Service

Post Handling Site A

Include both your names and National Insurance Numbers.

Thread 2. I'm so very sorry but the anxiety about phoning DWP re no post and over payment of WFA is awful
My poor DH. I dread it. Silly I know but it took so long to get pension, lost post, no forms etc that I really struggle.
Thanks for letting me moan.
