Round griddle pan suggestions please.

Mine is square ( and my hob isn't induction) so no help sorry.

It came from TK Maxx , a favourite source for rather quirky kitchen stuff, often very good quality at cheap price.

I have a jean patrique whatever pan and i do like it . Its not too heavy and I did get rid of a crueset casseole because it was too heavy for me . It can go in the oven so saves the faff of swapping pans over . But it has quite chunky ridges ridges so the meat isnt flat on it to sear as it were .

We like our seared stuff to have lines. Thank you, that sounds positive.

I have a Jean Patrique pan and am very pleased with it. I bought it to replace a rectangular griddle plan which had such a long handle it took up too much space in my pans cupboard.

I like that you can transfer it from hob to oven or grill in one seamless action- and it cuts down the washing up!
Mine came with lid and recipe book, and I invested in two silicone handles for moving it around (not to cook with!).

I have a gas hob, not sure about other devices.

I use a Weber round cast iron pan on my Induction hob for steaks . I fact I cooked steaks on it tonight . We use it on the bbq as well . It doesn’t do lines but it’s great for searing meat on

I've ordered the Jean Patrique one (at the reduced price) plus the silicon handle thingies. We have a Weber one too, Tenko but it is a bit too heavy for me.
