Have you checked the filter?
Is it giving an error code?
Perhaps you could ring the manufacturer? Or look up their site?

Sago

The best white goods suppliers are your nearest Euronics shop.
They have bulk buying power and are no more expensive than the online retailers.
Euronics are all independent retailers and offer a more bespoke service.

I agree.

We have had several appliances from AO and never had a problem so can’t comment on their after sales service. Perhaps try them on Monday as often weekend switchboards are manned by students and/or part time workers.
Good luck.

yesterday we had a replacement dw delivered - I don’t really want to go into the stressful delivery atm, but, after completing a cycle yesterday, it has now malfunctioned and will not work.
Of course it is loaded.

It is now 13.30 and I have been attempting to get through to AO, hearing “we are experiencing high call numbers/we can see have an order from this number- if yourappliance is not working press 1 x 17 mins hold, now wondering if I am being paranoid and now the dw is in situ at great expense, I am sold a pup. We have been, over the last 10 years disillusioned with JL and wondering now which is the best and most reliable supplier of white goods.
