Yes this sounds delicious, and I always think that buttercream isn’t very firm, would like it if someone has done this.

I have recently seen a recipe for a buttercream with melted white chocolate mixed in, this apparently sets the buttercream firm. I would like to give this a go but has anyone else used it and how well did it work.
