Oh, can you roast with a silicone liner, please?

I definitely recommend stainless steel. A little more expensive in the short term but a good long term investment. They clean up like brand new, and can be washed in the dishwasher quite safely.
I line mine with silicone liner to minimise the mess.

I can’t rember when I last used my oven.
I use either Airfryer or microwave combi

I found Hairy Biker non-stick oven trays in our local branch of Boyes and they are excellent. Various sizes so as well as a large one to accommodate when the family visit I got a couple of medium sizes and a small one just for a few roast potatoes.

Scoville are on offer in Asda too.

I bought a small frying pan last week and although the finish is black speckled, I can’t remove the (extra) black marks where my fried tomatoes burned on its first use!

Wilko baking trays and frying pans were very good, I agree with Astitchintime. I was recommended a Ninja Non-Stick Bake Tray and despite the high price, it is fantastic, food just slides off including roast potatoes. It’s also a dream to hand wash in hot soapy water. I wouldn’t put it in the dishwasher though.

Definitely recommend Scoville. I have four baking trays and a saute pan by them, and they are by far the best I have had - including my old Circulon pan set which cost a fortune!

I do put them in the dishwasher mostly. They are "officially" dishwasher safe, but the manufacturer recommends hand washing. But I think that is true of most non-stick cookware. When I have washed them by hand they are still really easy to clean. I'm just lazy!

I used to get all mine from Wilko…….but sadly they’ve gone now and everywhere else just seems to stock cheap, nasty ones that buckle in the heat of the oven. Might consider looking in Dunelm though as Lakeland is too far from me

I have two different ones which I bought from Lakeland at least 25 years ago, they are both heavy, have never warped and are still in excellent condition . They were expensive at the time but have been worth every penny.

I recommend stainless steel ones if you can find them, together with a non stick reusable baking sheet

Another scoville fan here, but they are quite heavy and seem to get much hotter than my previous ones. Otherwise they are excellent and nothing sticks and very reasonably priced.

Casdon they only need a quick wipe out!

We've just replaced our frying pans and wok with Scoville and I'm really impressed with the quality.
They were reduced in Morrisons at the time, so I don't know if they still sell them?

I've bought Tefal glass lids for them all from Amazon.

After using the Scoville oven trays I am gradually replacing all my pans with Scoville.

Another vote for Lakeland from here.

My mum alwsys used pyrex dishes and plates for the oven, *Oreo, and i do have a couple of pyrex dishes that the exes Nan gave me.

The last time i resesrched a bit, I saw people complaining that some trays listed as stainless steel aren't actually 100 percent steel.

Its quite a rsbbit hole!
I seem to remember roast potatoes leaving the crispy outer part stuck to the tray, and being left with the soft "inner", so thats why I've always gone for non stick.

That, and the fact that i can get a non stick tray in poundland!!.
Mine do look pretty disgusting, though.

I do my roasties in a very large Pyrex dish.

Have a look at Lakeland. Where feasible, I like loose-bottomed trays/tins, which Scoville don't seem to do (might be mistaken on that).

Try IKEA MissA, the first ones I bought were from there, they are reasonably priced, in different sizes, and mine are still going strong after at least 20 years.
