Bras for hot weather?

Use a medicated ‘talc’ type under breasts and a pull on all cotton bra which you can buy on Amazon.

Have you tried bra liners which you tuck under the bottom of your bra to absorb any sweat? They come in white, black or beige.

Following a thread on GN, I decided to try jelly bras. They are fantastic, without wires but giving great support, uplift and comfort. They also hide my lop-sidedness following lumpectomy. I thought they might be hot but not so. In fact I haven't needed my bra liners in this heat.

Just been for my breast screening and the nurse was concerned about my boob sweat rash she said get scholl powder that they use for foot rash. I ordered it a game changer I’ve been suffering for years.

Can I just add I’ve been using the cream previous and she said not to use this use the tac as it absorbs the sweat better. She was very helpful.

Underwires in that heat are an absolute nightmare! When it gets that warm, switching to high-support, seamless active bras or longline bralettes is such a relief.
Look for breathable, sweat-wicking compression fabrics instead of padded underwires—they keep everything held in place without the friction underneath. I’ve had good luck with Diagor activewear tops/bras for hot days; the material is super soft, minimal, and actually breathes well so sweat doesn't just sit there.
