Do you use Wowchers?

I get email from ‘money savings club’ and ordered a cooler unit. I didn’t realise that it was something to do with Wowcher. I have no idea what I’ve let myself into. They’ve taken the money - it’s too early to say whether I’ll actually get the unit, but they are now saying I’ve got 7 days to claim my voucher for future purchases. I don’t want ‘future purchases’ and am annoyed that ‘money savings club’ didn’t make it clear that this Wowcher business was involved. Blimey, why is life so complicated these days? Can any of you help please?

You are buying a voucher from Wowcher to purchase the item from a third party.
You should have received an e mail with a code from them. That gives you all the instructions and information you need to purchase the cooler.
Have you checked your emails and spam emails for this?
