Cat water fountains

We had a huge vet bill last week because our cat was dehydrated following the hot weather. The vet suggested trying a water fountain to encourage her to drink.

I looked on the long river company yesterday and was completely overwhelmed by the sheer number and options available.

Please can someone give me some advice. TIA.

We bought a water fountain. Cat was absolutely terrified of it and outright refused to approach. Favourite watering hole... the bird bath.

We bought a water fountain once. It didn't last very long because one of our cats used to piddle in it! 🤢 My husband blamed me because I tried to teach our tom cat to use the lavatory with one of those training seats. He used to miss on that too! We have to have a tall enough bowl so that which ever cat it is, they can't crouch over it!
