Hoping for reviews on the lightweight ‘click on’ mops I’ve seen online.

Hi everyone. I’m on a self made ban from buying ‘stuff’ from weirdly named sites that pop up regularly on Facebook due to falling for the complete utter rubbish promises of what I can expect more times than I’m prepared to confess. However, there’s an advert doing the rounds for a lightweight small flat mop that you can (apparently) use with any old cloth, or, as the advert says, even an old tee shirt. No bending, you (supposedly) just click the mop head over the cloth and release as easily. I’m suspicious. Has anybody bought one of these?

Back again. The clothes provided are very fine, I’ve used one damp around corners, it was ok. Then I used a thin microfibre duster and went under all the furniture on a wooden floor and it’s been brilliant. It holds the microfibre duster much better than the fine ones provided.

I’m glad you’re pleased with yours Sasta. Mine came today and what a complete waste of money. Unfortunately, I can’t remember where I got it, there’s no documentation with it, so I’ll have to put it down to experience, although at 75 you’d think I’d know better?
Very annoyed that I even ordered extra cloths, because there’s absolutely no way to attach them to the mop head!

Sorry, your mop isn’t what you wanted, Georgesgran.
I’m posting two pictures of what my mop head looks like underneath. One before I add the cloth (I have to place a cloth on the floor, put the mop head on top of it and press down on the handle), and 1 showing the underside of the mop head when the cloth is clamped in. Sorry it’s a bit messy but I had just used it.
