My 3 year and % year old grandsons read this book with me. The 5 year old could read most of the text with a little prompting and the 3 year old contributed all the pleases. I loved the fact there were so many different illustrators and situations to discuss. I thought it might be a little long but it kept both their attention all the way through. It is so long that it would be easy to miss out some pages and still enjoy the book but I think it is good to discuss those situations that children might not have experienced. A lovely book - thanks gransnet
