I really enjoyed the book though I kept feeling like I wanted to feed them a good meal and help them out. Of course it was difficult and there were negative feelings. This wasn't something they chose to do because they wanted to hit the trail. They were forced into this at a time where the husband had been given a bad diagnosis. It was good to read how well he eventually did because of the walking. I was glad to be able to come along on the journey with them through this book.
