The book is a self help one based on 21 days of mindfulness. It goes through every day suggesting activities from the moment on waking up to just before going to sleep and was recommended by a Gransnet reader, about 2 years ago. I think the author was either Japanese or Chinese. Sorry to be so vague. Any ideas?
