That's right - any excuse for a party. We are going to have a party in Super's hospital ward to celebrate her new hip. Then we are all going to be Venuses of some kind....

I cannot begin to tell you how much I'm looking forward to the hospital bed party ...sometime week after next. Make special note in diaries please. A quiet word ...it may be possible for us to wheelchair race along the corridors, peekaboo games in the lifts, and whiz treats with the revolving doors. Anagram Should the party get completely out of hand, I'm hoping you'll line us up in an orderly queue and have us out before management alerts the security guard. Wouldn't look good if I'm frog-marched [on crutches] to be interviewed for News at Six...Geraldine would be dismayed
