glass don't want to step on your toes, but though it might be a good idea to have a thread for this.

I've got the chariot to get ready, and the horses to sort, after all. Got to be prepared! grin

nanachrissy Sat 10-Mar-12 13:34:58

Please can I be frisked by Johnnie Depp/Captain Jack Sparrow? Then if Annobel gets sloshed, he can whisk me home on the end of a rope!
Besides he looks like he'd always have a bit of weed/booze contraband in his pockets wink

Damn Glass, I thought I'd been really secretive on this site but my big gob mouth has dropped me in the c**p it again! blush

Annobel Sat 10-Mar-12 13:22:41

Titter ye not....

supernana Sat 10-Mar-12 13:08:59

Annobel that made me titter grin

Annobel Sat 10-Mar-12 13:03:27

Faye -I am very hurt at your slur on my reputation. Me? Drunk in charge of a broomstick? I'll have you know I just have to set the coordinates and it finds its own way back - so it's in charge of me!

supernana Sat 10-Mar-12 13:00:01

jeni there is no finer sound than the skirl of the pipes [played by an expert]. Sadly, I've had mine confiscated. Neighbours sent for the police after one of my practice sessions. Tried to put the blame on the cat...but he had left the crime scene by the time I was arrested. Will a penny whistle be acceptable? hmm

jeni Sat 10-Mar-12 12:45:22

That should be around! How an iPad change it to Arizona?confused

jeni Sat 10-Mar-12 12:44:11

super can you bring your bagpipes for when we reel Arizona?grin

jeni Sat 10-Mar-12 12:42:39

Unless anyone thinks their actual body is better Than any virtual one they can dream up?
I'm coming as 'the birth of Venus' with my broomstick disguised as a scallop shell and my crutches cunningly disguised as dolphins!

supernana Sat 10-Mar-12 12:13:23

Oxon do you mean 'loons' - tight across the bottom and upper thigh, voluminous beyond the knee?

Goodie, I like circle dancing - no matter how many malts I've had, I'm sure not to forget to keep spinning on the spot. I may in fact dance like a dervish...they really do know how to enjoy a wild time.

Carol as I'm in Scotland, I may need to catch a ride on the friendly deer that comes to the garden fence, and eats apple from my hand. If I'm late, save some of the nibbles for me.

jeni Virtual bodies are in order? For starters I'll look divine...long legs, trim waist, firm breasts, smooth neck, pretty perky face and long flowing locks. With all that going for me, I shall not need to spoil the illusion by wearing clothes. grin

Oxon70 Sat 10-Mar-12 12:06:28

Still desperately looking for a steed......enquiring around the local wizards

Faye Sat 10-Mar-12 10:21:04

Oh a Stonehenge ruckus party, I had better get the tardis polished and ready to go. The weather has been very wet here and then lots of sun, lots of weed growing so will throw some in the back of the tardis. I can just imagine the horrified gasps on grannynet. hehe wink
If anyone is getting a lift with Annobel, well you know how she has a reputation for drinking at these parties. Expect to make your own way back. grin

glassortwo Sat 10-Mar-12 09:47:54

grin notso

Notsogrand Sat 10-Mar-12 09:30:09

George is out? You mean he's finally admitting it? Respect to the man.

Carol Sat 10-Mar-12 09:26:09

It's not compulsory to be frisked if you are going to keep within the law nanachrissy, but if you would like to choose a male frisker, could you get your preference in quick so we can see whether they are available? George Clooney is out (he's available but there's no way he's frisking YOU - he's mine!) grin

glassortwo Sat 10-Mar-12 09:03:24

chrissy butter would make a good detective, but your profile says it all grin grin

nanachrissy Sat 10-Mar-12 08:58:55

Butternut!! How do you know that I used to be an occifer of the law? Please don't tell anyone else. blush
I'll be wearing a long droopy moustache as a disguise.

Carol can I please choose who is going to frisk me?? I would really prefer a Gdad rather than a Gma!! wink

gracesmum Fri 09-Mar-12 21:35:27

I'm just not too happy about the choice of venue - is somebody suggesting we are monoliths? Is the oldest place in the country the image we want to promote?grin
However, woad it is- or a sheet and a golden sickle (or am I confusing it with Asterix?)

Oxon70 Fri 09-Mar-12 21:32:04

Have amazing chariot - but no horse. Will have to find one!

The moon rises at four minutes to eight tomorrow - we'll be there to celebrate it rising? And it sets at 6.23, but who will last out until then?

Will bring a barrel, amphora, or something full of something......cheers, newbies!

bikergran Fri 09-Mar-12 21:17:28

shock shock notso yes we should have salad.

Annobel Fri 09-Mar-12 21:05:19

OK, got the maxi skirt. Can I put a camellia flower behind each ear instead of flowers in my hair? Could be la dame aux caméllias, but that's neither hippy nor druid. Thinks.... Druid - might find some fake mistletoe among the Christmas decorations.

glassortwo Fri 09-Mar-12 21:04:49

without the e wink

glassortwo Fri 09-Mar-12 21:04:21

jeni Fri 09-Mar-12 21:02:37

I'm not organising this! It was somebody else's idea to have party for the newbies! What time are people free? About 8pm?
I'm to bed now. See you in the morning[moon with closed eyes ]emoticon smile

Notsogrand Fri 09-Mar-12 21:02:22

You know you can buy hemp seed to use as fishing bait?
Well I've germinated some as an experiment.
Could bring the shoots to use as micro salad leaves?
