Do you drink a tea at night to help you sleep? If so, which is your favourite?

Thanks Grannyknot I'm just off to Sainsbury's (not sure what time it opens today ) to buy things for a barbecue so will look out for the tea.

Grannyknot, I buy tiny valerian cat pillows from my cat food supplier - they are only £2.99 for 2 and the cats love them.
Not something I need myself though - I have a nice strong cup of black coffee before bed, which is what I drink all day. I never get up to go to the loo and I sleep like a log. I think I must be immune to caffeine. ?

I love a cup of tea (but with milk and sugar) [hmm[

Do you drink this "sleepy" tea black or with milk/sugar etc

Wonder if they sell it in my workplace supermarket ! will look tomorrow, where does every one else buy it....we have a Holland and Barrett near here.

I'd be up and down like a fiddlers elbow if I drank tea before bed.

I'm not sure if you can buy it in the UK as I make my own from flowers I've gathered and dried but Lime/Linden flowers are, in my opinion, by far the best thing for a bedtime tea.
The trees flower profusely in Spring and I gather as much as I can and dry them. Just a small half-handful in a mug with boiling water and steeped for 10 mins is all you need.
They have a very pleasant taste and apparently contain the antioxidants which seem to be so fashionable these days.

If you look up Lime or Linden Tree, you will see the flowers are used for much, much more than as a soporific. flowers
