Have just suggested to Lil about our own currency in regard to the thread about Bristols currency....she is rather worried as our bar is in cockfosters...

If you're prepared to prop up Lil's bar and small talk the regulars, I'm willing to bet that some awfully nice "gel" falls for your considerable charms, Pete. Keep reminding yourself...faint heart never won fair laydee...tra lah de dah! If you need guidance, ask gramps. He reckons he's an alpha male with bells and whistles thrown in for good measure.

Poor love! He had such high hopes when I last saw him heading for Lil's private quarters. Granted, he was in a bit of a mess thereafter. Perhaps Mrs gramps has given him a good scolding. Maybe he's grounded for the next wee while.

Ana Haven't had that privelge. Lil has signs such as PRIVATE/PERSONAL/OUT OF BOUNDS/ DANGER hanging from every doorknob. To trespass, unless one is male, calls for nerves of steel...
