The first wireless mouse I had used to get through batteries at a frightening rate, but since I've been using a microsoft one I only have to replace them every couple of months or so.

I don't like the slidey thing, so it's turned off. Confuses the GDs when they go on my computer, but they soon adapted to the mouse!

Don't think I could type so quickly with a touchscreen but might borrow my DS3's fiancee's and have a go. How do you manage with the smaller screen? It frustrates me on holiday when we use the netbook with such a small screen. I'm waiting to be convinced i should get a tablet.

I have wireless mouse and keyboard and printer and use rechargables .. they seem to last well.. but I do have trouble with the laptop and sometimes resort to plugging in a mouse.

I'm happy with the track pad, but the cordless mouse comes into its own for desktop publishing.

I mean the touchpad, Bags - had to get the guide book out to check!
