A senior moment.

This morning, I tried to use the debit card that I have used several times a week for two years and completely forgot the order of the digits. I even forgot the mnemonic that I use to remember it. Had I been using an ATM, I could probably have got it right the second time but I was in a shop. Luckily, I had enough cash to pay for my groceries, but the shopkeeper looked very suspicious.
This kind of thing is new to me - perhaps I have been upset by my memories of my daughter's horrific experience.

I don"t like the term senior moment , it"s almost as if people are proud of becoming forgetful . I liken my brain to a computor which has masses of things stored and the older one becomes more in the memory so takes a little longer to bring forward . But just me heyhowink
