Overreaction is right! The scales have certainly fallen from my eyes after reading the posts from 17.24 onwards.

Well, after a long absence I thought I'd just pop in and see what was going on. I found this thread - and I'm absolutely none the wiser (about the thread or about what is going on). What a load of rubbish - I've worked backwards over half a dozen pages and cannot understand what any of you are on about - its difficult to believe its real, sane, human beings writing this stuff. I can only conclude gransnet now have a robot computer writing the posts.

Of anything if this is the day for being truthfull I am getting bored with GN. It was interesting when we started but no many days go by and I don't even look anymore!

I've been on several forums where, after a while people start referring to 'the good old days' when everyone was nicer and more interesting and the sun always shone. It's what happens with forums, I guess. All they are is the sum total of what we put into them. And it's up to us what we get out of them, also.
