I forgot to say that she said it might be nice if 2 or 3 families went together to a bluebell walk later in the year.
Her husband agreed and said they will look in to it and will be in contact.
Obviously it will depend on date etc but I have to agree.
He said he tried Bums and Tums a few years ago and decided it did not suit him and is more into walking, running and circuit training but he said that there was nothing wrong with a man going to a Bums and Tums class if it suited him.
As he said no exercise is good if you do not keep it up.

A new lady joined the Bums and Tums class tonight from another area.
She said that I was the first man she had seen in a Bums and Tums class and I think she was a little more astonished when 3 more arrived.
At the end she said that she thinks men should do things like aerobics or that type of activity.
She said she will certainly be coming again.
