I leave home for over six weeks on Sunday, so I am trying to use up the contents of my freezer and fridge. This involves eating strange combinations, but it is quite interesting. Today I used up the rest of my frozen prawns by adding them to a packet of Thai fish soup. I have no fresh fish or meat left, but a tin of corned beef and two tins of sardines, and a brown loaf, and some potatoes, yoghurts, and six eggs. I will try to find some imaginative ways of using them up.
