Kitty the only way anyone could work out who you really were, would be if you posted on FB in your real name, on Gransnet's page.
Sometimes when I have nothing better to do I look at GN's FB page and try to guess who people are, but actually I can't.
Simply copying a thread onto a Facebook page won't disclose you real name - how could it?

there is no alt key on my keyboard. Apple don't do them.
If I press cmd3 it takes me to a website on trust and foundation schools
but there are [] on the keyboard.
This is why i have not really got to grips with the real function of hashtags on twitter. They are a way of linking tweets in a theme if I understand correctly. This does not work on GN!

Just back from the beach so am catching up. I understand completely that anyone, anywhere can google etc and read what is on the forums - I'm not really thick! I suppose I was somewhat taken aback by the announcement that one of us had cheerfully pasted this thread on to FB.

That's all; not a big issue, and it is now clear that it isn't bothering anyone else. So I shall retire gracefully and have a and here's one x about 7000 for everyone Cheers!
