Having vomited my way through the last 48 hours, I have very little idea what is happening outside. I have just surfaced for a piece of toast. Really grim bug doing the rounds here - anyone else had it?

Mishap on top of your other problems, that really is adding insult to injury. Is it the norovirus, aka winter vomiting virus? I had it some weeks ago but it didn't last that long. Poor you.

Glorious day today - had lunch with friend but decided not to sit outside!

I had a 'duvet day' - well, half a one, today. Feeling a bit better now and swollen glands seem to be going down, so don't look quite so much like a hamster. Not tempted to go out though - cold and grey here on the Devonshire coast.

anno the sun did shine in the afternoon which was glorious . DGC enjoyed feeding the ducks and geese and so did I.
