You'd need a stair lift to carry up all the cleaning stuff you'd need to scrub that spilled ink in the bathroom.

The problem is that the internal décor is so naff it is going to cost the £35 million they have cut the price to completely gut it and refit it, and perhaps dig a HUGE basement, every billionaire has a HUGE basement in their house these days
